To be Franciscan Missionary of Mary : is to commit oneself in an extraordinary adventure which fascinates; it is to let ourselves be led by the Love of God which consecrates us and calls us to know Him, to love Him and to serve Him; it is to feel oneself sent and to go to meet the peoples to share their lives and to discover the mystery which each human person is; it is to live with respect, humility and minority before each creature…

In the spirit of Francis of Assisi, we live our vocation in the midst of the world, in simplicity and in fraternity according to the Gospel. We desire that Franciscan minority permeate our whole being, which gives a Franciscan color and flavor to our following of Christ. A Franciscan way of contemplation leads us to discover God’s Sacred Presence more fully by opening our eyes and our hearts to our Sisters, to those to whom we are sent, and to all of creation.

Missionaries
The Community in Mission is a fundamental value of our life as Franciscan Missionaries of Mary. Together, we renew our profound conviction of being sent until the end of our life.
For our Foundress, Mary of the Passion, «The great missionary of the Institute is Jesus exposed and adored». We put the Word of God and the Eucharist at the heart of the mission of each day.
We are ready to go anywhere to spread the Good News of the love of God for all, in solidarity with the excluded and the poorest defending life, justice and human dignity.

Mary – first disciple of Jesus, in wonderment at the gratuitous gift of God, attentive to listen to and keep the Word, welcoming the needs of others – precedes us on the path of mission and inspires our whole life.
